We are currently looking for a Marketplace Content & Data Assistant to join our fast-paced Marketplace team. In this role, you will support the execution and optimisation of product content across our global marketplaces, including Amazon (UK, US, CA, AU, EU, JP) and eBay. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually engaging—elevating our digital storefronts through precise content updates and consistent data management.
\nWhat you will do- Create and publish new product listings, ensuring alignment with marketplace requirements
- Develop asset briefs, conduct SEO research, and gather data to support content improvements
- Execute listing content updates including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and imagery
- Maintain and update branded storefronts across marketplaces for consistency and impact
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content with product launches and campaigns
- Manage error resolution and case handling across all marketplace platforms
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce marketplaces
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Fluency in an additional language beyond English would be beneficial (but not essential)
