We are currently looking for a Finance Data & Systems Analyst who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with Finance, FP&A, and Data teams, your focus will be on enabling better decision-making through reliable data, advanced analytics, and digital solutions. In this role, you will combine your understanding of Finance processes with your analytical expertise and ability to drive automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across Finance.

\nWhat you will do
  • Finance Data & Analytics:

    • Act as the Finance representative and key business partner for collaboration with the Data team, ensuring Finance requirements are understood and translated into scalable data solutions.
    • Partner with stakeholders across Finance to identify data needs, improve reporting capabilities, and enable data-driven decision-making.
    • Develop, maintain, and optimise Finance datasets, reports, and dashboards to provide accurate and actionable insights.
    • Support data quality, governance, and documentation initiatives to ensure consistency and transparency of Finance data.
    • As part of the payment processing commercial team, lead the development of KPI dashboards and ensure that insights, drivers and performance trends are communicated to stakeholders regularly.

    FP&A Systems / Pigment:

    • Own the development and maintenance of Pigment models, including understanding and managing infrastructure, data flows, and dimensions.
    • Manage and prioritize Pigment tickets and improvement requests from the FP&A team, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of the platform.
    • Support the team in leveraging Pigment capabilities effectively for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
    • Run regular reporting from Pigment.  

    Automation & AI:

    • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency through data solutions and technology.
    • Drive the adoption and responsible use of AI within Finance by identifying relevant use cases, supporting implementation, and promoting AI-enabled ways of working.
What you should bring
  • Essential:

    • Understanding of Finance processes and business performance management.
    • Experience building and maintaining BI solutions and dashboards.
    • Experience acting as a bridge between Finance teams and Data/Technology teams.
    • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data platforms and analytical tools.
    • Understanding of data flows, data models, and reporting infrastructure.
    • Experience managing priorities, resolving issues, and supporting users of digital platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Structured, problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

    Desirable:

    • Experience of FP&A and hands-on experience with FP&A systems (such as Pigment, Anaplan, Workday, Vena, etc), including model structure, dimensions, and data integrations.
    • Experience of working with ERP data would be beneficial.
    • Interest and experience in applying AI and automation to improve business processes.
    • Payment processing reporting experience.
