Job Description
Work Location: 12th Floor, Friendship Tower, 31 Le Duan, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
(Mon-Fri: 9.00 am - 6.00pm)
Daily Tasks
Track and record daily Purchases & Sales transactions.
Maintain inventory report, closely working with relevant departments to monitor
stock movement, identify discrepancies and resolve promptly.
Issue VAT invoices to customers.
Verify and record all costs associated with Purchase & Sales activities.
Verify & record payment requests for operation expenses.
Regularly review aging report and follow up on overdue balances.
Month-end Tasks
Perform month-end closing process and post the appropriate journal entries.
Analyze the monthly expense, perform necessary accruals and cost allocations to
ensure complete and accurate financial information.
Reconcile the ledger accounts, including inventory, revenue, payable, receivable…
Assist in reconciling intercompany transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports.
Other Tasks
Contribute to continuous improvements of accounting systems, processes, and
inventory management.
Assist in IFRS implementation.
Assist in the preparation of tax reports, including FCT, CIT and other tax declarations
as required.
Coordinate with internal, external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Accounting.
- Experience in Trading / Commercial corporate environments with high transaction volumes is a plus
- Good in English.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
