Job Description
Job Description –
- Verify, book, and process various secondary costs and claims in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage bookkeeping activities related to debit notes and credit notes received from buyers and ensure timely and accurate processing of associated costs.
- Coordinate with agents, process owners, and cross-regional offices for day-to-day operational activities, while maintaining proper documentation and correspondence records for future reference and audit requirements.
- Maintain and monitor supporting documentation for claims processed, and prepare data for analysis, reporting, and reconciliation purposes.
- Perform Global Checks on claims by reviewing outstanding receivables from sister companies prior to payment approval, ensuring completeness and financial accuracy.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational and performance reports, highlighting key activities, outstanding items, and process updates.
