About this role
- Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System
- Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
- Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment
- Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations
- Engage with customers to encourage additional purchases to drive sales
- Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum education qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
- At least 1 year of cashiering experience.
- A professional appearance.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to read, write English
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- The ability to work rotating shifts duties in Changi Airport environment
- Must be able to commit 5 days a week including weekend & Public Holidays
- Grooming Allowance
- Midnight Shift Allowance
- Variable ticketing commission
