The Opportunity
As Multi-Store Leader, you'll take ownership of our Christchurch CBD and Riccarton stores — leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build high-performing teams across both sites and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, owning their numbers, and thrives working across multiple stores.
What You'll Do
- Lead your teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
- Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training.
- Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising at both sites.
- Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
- Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy across both stores and locally.

- A base salary of $70,000–$80,000 (depending on experience) + KiwiSaver + product discounts

- Is adaptable to change, whether stepping up from a single-store role or bringing leadership experience from another retail sector.
