Job Description

As the senior leader at Riggs, the General Manager holds ultimate responsibility for the hotel's overall performance. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing property strategies, guiding the leadership team, and achieving exceptional commercial outcomes. The General Manager is dedicated to delivering a luxury guest experience, fostering employee engagement, ensuring operational excellence, and preserving the integrity of this landmark asset—achieving these goals in harmony rather than as competing aspirations.

Success in this role requires a keen operational eye, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team within a dynamic luxury hotel and food and beverage environment.

Foster a culture where the values of Family, Discovery, Detail, and Spirit are reflected in daily leadership behaviors. Hire and retain top talent in the luxury hotel industry, creating an environment that emphasizes excellent communication, positivity, personal growth, and continuous learning.
