This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing planning concepts, production workflows, and capacity planning.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing production priorities and business needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors Degree in in Biotechnology/Life Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering Technology or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 0–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or inventory coordination within a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, medical device, or other cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Experience using ERP or production planning systems such as SAP, or similar enterprise software.

  • Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and production scheduling principles.

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and quality systems.

  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional planning activities involving Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality.
