Responsibilities
- Handle post-implementation broker and Wealth Management support, as well as daily system operation tasks, ensuring stable and efficient performance of trading systems
- Provide operational guidance and functional explanations to brokers, including trading workflows, settlement procedures, and system functionalities
- Independently identify, categorize, and assess issues; determine responsible modules and coordinate with Product, IT, and PM teams to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor system processes, detect anomalies, and coordinate internal teams for effective issue resolution
- Support troubleshooting of system-related and business-related issues covering Hong Kong and U.S. equities, account opening, funding, corporate actions, IPO and app usage
- Assist in incident handling, including root cause tracking, documentation and follow-up with stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Product) to enhance service efficiency and process improvements
- Utilize intelligent customer service tools and internal systems to enhance response efficiency and service quality
- Support audit, risk management and compliance requirements
- Willing to work on weekend if needed
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' of experience in brokerage, wealth management or trading system operations
- Candidates with a background or strong understanding of the Wealth Management business is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
