Responsibilities
- Provide professional financial advisory services to clients, offering precise explanations of various financial products (e.g., public/private funds, overseas derivatives, securities, insurance), including product rules, risk-return profiles, and investment logic
- Address daily client inquiries regarding financial investments, ensuring efficient issue resolution and maintaining a high-quality client experience
- Manage client relationships through regular follow-ups, documenting key consultation points and service activities to establish structured records
- Strictly adhere to Hong Kong financial regulatory requirements (e.g., SFC guidelines) and internal compliance policies, ensuring all advisory activities are fully lawful
- Proactively stay updated on financial product knowledge and market trends, continuously enhancing professional advisory capabilities
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related fields (overseas educational background is an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, prior roles in financial product consulting, client service, or investment advisory support are preferred
- Solid financial knowledge with the ability to interpret product rules and market trends accurately
- Professional qualifications holder such as CFA, CFP, or IIQE is a plus
- Strong communication and logical thinking skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
