We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Fund Business Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on, exposure to the wealth management ecosystem. You will act as a vital bridge between our internal teams and external fund managers, while supporting the operational backbone of our fund business

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will be dynamic, touching multiple facets of our business:
  • Partnership Implementation: Actively follow up on and facilitate the onboarding and implementation of partnerships with external fund managers.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide critical assistance across various operational nodes, including:
    • Operations & Trading: Assisting with daily fund operations, data reconciliation, and trading workflows.
    • Compliance: Helping ensure all partner activities and documentation align with regulatory standards.
  • Platform Optimization: Collaborate with product and tech teams to identify pain points, suggest feature upgrades, and test platform optimizations to improve the user/manager experience.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Tackle miscellaneous business analysis and administrative tasks as needed by the leadership team.

Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive team player who meets the following criteria:
  • Availability: Must be able to commit to at least 3 days per week; Preference will be given to full-time candidates with the earliest availability.
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Majors in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional business communication and interpersonal skills (you will be interacting with external stakeholders frequently); Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge: A foundational understanding or familiarity with fund products or the asset management industry is a major plus (but we will also train the right person).
  • Traits: High level of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, strong execution ability, and a collaborative "can-do" team spirit.
