About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused university students to join our brand-new Longbridge Café at Guoco Tower as Part-Time Customer Experience Assistants. This is a non-licensed, store-support role — you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests into our café-meets-fintech space, while getting hands-on exposure to how a modern investing brand runs day-to-day. You'll work alongside our Store Manager and full-time staff to keep the store running smoothly and help visitors discover Longbridge's products and services.

Key Responsibilities：
Customer Reception
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers, providing warm, store-level reception and wayfinding
- Help maintain a great in-store experience for every visitor
- Work alongside full-time staff to support customers with app download, registration, and account-opening steps
- This role does not provide securities advice or perform any regulated securities activities — support is guidance-only, led by full-time staff
- Support day-to-day store operations, including floor upkeep, event support, and materials handling
- Assist with community events and in-store activations as needed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled university student, available to work flexible part-time shifts
- Finance-related majors preferred (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business)
- Good communication and customer-service skills; presentable and personable
- Genuine interest in securities / investing / fintech, and willingness to learn about Longbridge's products
- Fluency in English required; Chinese proficiency a plus
