Responsibilities / 職務内容:

• Lead and manage strategic and cross functional projects for the Japan business,ensuring alignment with the Group’s overall strategy.
  日本事業における戦略的プロジェクトおよび部門横断プロジェクトを主導し、グループ全体の戦略との整合性を確保する。
• Support business leaders in translating strategic goals into actionable projectplans, coordinate across departments, and track project progress to ensure timely execution.
  経営・事業部門の戦略目標を具体的なプロジェクト計画に落とし込み、各部門と連携しながら進捗管理を行い、計画通りの実行を推進する。
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration by coordinating internal and external resources, identifying risks and bottlenecks, and driving timely resolution.
  社内外のリソースを調整しながら部門横断の連携を促進し、プロジェクトにおけるリスクやボトルネックを特定・解決する。
• Establish and continuously improve project management processes and governance frameworks suitable for the Japan business.
  日本事業に適したプロジェクト管理プロセスおよびガバナンス体制の構築・改善行う。
• Monitor project progress, key metrics, and operational performance throughout the project lifecycle, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
  プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体において進捗・主要指標・運用状況をモニタリングし、関係部署および経営陣に定期的に報告する。
• Organize project reviews and post-implementation retrospectives, identify lessons learned, and promote best practices across teams.
  プロジェクト完了後のレビューを実施し、改善点やベストプラクティスを整理して組織内で共有する。
• Support business teams in tracking project costs and evaluating project outcomes, including ROI analysis, to support future strategic decision-making.
  プロジェクトのコスト管理および ROI（投資対効果）分析を支援し、今後の事業戦略や意思決定に資する情報を提供する。

Job Requirements / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the internet, fintech, or securities industry, including experience in business PMO or strategic projects.
  学士号以上。5 年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験を有し、インターネット、フィンテック、証券業界での経験、または PMO／戦略プロジェクトの経験がある方。
• Strong cross functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  部門横断のコミュニケーション・調整能力が高く、複数の関係者・プロジェクトを同時に推進できる方。
• Familiarity with mainstream project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, and the ability to apply hybrid approaches depending on project needs.
  ウォーターフォールおよびアジャイルなどのプロジェクト管理手法に精通し、状況に応じて適切に活用できる方。
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools, and the ability to configure workflows to support business operations.
  Jira、Microsoft Project 等のプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験があり、業務に応じたワークフロー設計ができる方。
• Business-level English proficiency and willingness to collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
