Sourcing Manager – Indirect Procurement (Individual Contributor)

Hybrid role - based 2 to 3 days a week on site in Cork.

The Role:

Are you energized by the idea of a blank canvas? We are looking for a high-performing, hands-on Sourcing Manager to help in our Procurement transformation. In this individual contributor role, you won't just be executing existing contracts—you will be rolling up your sleeves to build processes from scratch, challenge the status quo, and help our team evolve.

You will help redesign our end-to-end strategy for Indirect Procurement, with a heavy initial focus on Professional Services, Technology, Facilities categories. This means conducting deep market analysis, executing complex negotiations, and building a robust framework for supplier risk and performance management. If you are looking for a comfortable "maintenance" role, this isn't it. We need a builder who is excited to align our sourcing strategies directly with the company’s hyper-growth and technology roadmap.

Your Contribution (What you’ll actually do):

• Build & Transform: Input on design, implement, and optimize scalable sourcing processes and frameworks to mature our procurement function.

• End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead market analysis, vendor evaluations, and commercial negotiations for high-value strategic agreements (focusing on pricing, SLAs, and data security).

• Supplier Governance: Establish performance monitoring and compliance metrics to ensure suppliers adhere to agreed pricing schedules and contractual terms.

• Internal Advisory: Act as a trusted, consultative partner to internal stakeholders and executive leadership—advising on Statements of Work (SoWs), specifications, and identifying hidden cost-savings opportunities.

• Data Innovation: Leverage spend analysis and market trends to drive data-backed sourcing decisions and process innovations.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• The "Builder" Mindset: A proven track record of creating order out of chaos, designing new procurement processes, and thriving in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

• Sourcing Expertise: Deep understanding of indirect sourcing contracts, with a specialized knack for negotiating complex services and technology agreements.

• Execution Focus: A strong individual contributor who is highly self-motivated and willing to get into the weeds of data, contracts, and supplier management.

• Analytical Power: Excellent analytical and spend-analysis skills, with the ability to translate raw data into actionable category strategies.

• Influence & Communication: Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to advise and collaborate with all levels of management, including executive leadership.

• Industry Agility: A sharp eye for market trends and tech-industry shifts, ensuring our sourcing strategies remain resilient and forward-looking.
