An energetic and detail-oriented Bar Busperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for guests. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring every table and bar area is ready for memorable experiences. This role is perfect for someone who loves teamwork, enjoys staying active, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:
Clear and reset tables and bar areas promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests.
Assist servers and bartenders by delivering food, beverages, and condiments as needed.
Maintain cleanliness across all areas, including floors, seating, and surfaces, to uphold safety and comfort standards.
Restock service stations with essentials like glassware, utensils, napkins, and condiments throughout your shift.
Organize and maintain storage areas for easy access and efficiency.
Support post-service duties by resetting tables and preparing the bar for the next shift.
Greet guests warmly and assist with requests to enhance their experience.
Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and other items.
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
