Senior Full Stack Engineer (Front-end)

About this role

We are seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer (Full Stack Engineer) with 4+ YOE in building and shipping AI/LLM-native web applications from scratch. You must have deep, top-of-company expertise in React and Next.js, paired with strong product taste and the ability to ship semi-complex products fast. You'll hold the line on front-end technical quality for the entire system while also driving product execution. Comfort jumping into the Python back end to debug and clean up APIs self-sufficiently is a plus, not a core requirement.

What you'll do:

Own front-end development and the front-end quality bar for our managed SaaS platform, building with Next.js and React. You'll be the deepest React/Next.js person in the company.

Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from prototyping and customer-informed discovery to shipping production solutions that scale, going from "what if?" to MVP faster than most people can schedule a kickoff.

Build and rebuild end-to-end CI flows for the front end, develop design systems, and work with a thin product and design team to bring product quality up to bar.

Jump into the Python/Temporal back end as needed to diagnose issues and clean up APIs without pulling in other engineers (nice-to-have).

Wear the PM hat to proactively scope, design, and ship features, keeping the customer in mind throughout and knowing where to draw the line on quality and UX.
