As a Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the branch, supporting trade and retail customers by providing expert advice, identifying the right parts, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to identify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Research prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Build a consistent sales pipeline to meet monthly targets
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to each customer.
- Overcome customer objections using advanced negotiation techniques.
- Close sales deals effectively over the telephone.
- Manage customer accounts to encourage repeat business
Skills and Experience
- A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service
- Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position
- Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
- Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
- Knowledge of SOP systems
- To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
