Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage the retention and grow the accounts of defined customer partners, ensuring long-term relationships. 
  • Identify new market opportunities through customer meetings, networking activities and leads provided by the Account Management Team.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to secure new contracts and acquire new customers.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and leads.
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to address customer needs and align with Company objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements with customers to secure favourable outcomes for the Company.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of deals to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies.
  • Drive and deliver new business initiatives that support business growth.
  • Support the Account Management Team to deliver growth within their areas. 

Skills and Experience

  • A proven track record of strong sales performance in a leadership capacity
  • A genuine customer-first mindset, with real experience growing and retaining business accounts
  • Confidence using data to shape commercial decisions and sharpen performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills — you can hold your own in any room
  • A natural networker who builds trust and collaborates seamlessly across teams
  • The independence and strategic thinking to make smart calls fast, in a fast-moving environment
