Administrators Requirements:

A valid California Administrative Credential. A minimum of three years of teaching experience, successful leadership experience, knowledge of K-12 curriculum, students and teaching strategies, excellent interpersonal communications skills, conflict resolution and problem solving skills, ability to work through a participatory and consensus-building decision-making process, ability to work effectively and contribute as a member of a team, possess excellent oral and written skills.
