Du möchtest praktische Erfahrung in einem internationalen Supply-Chain-Umfeld sammeln und aktiv an der Schnittstelle zwischen Customer Service, Planung und Logistik mitarbeiten? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams!
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Central Customer Service unterstützt Du die operative Auftragsabwicklung, analysierst Daten zur Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und koordinierst wichtige Informationsflüsse innerhalb der globalen Supply Chain.
Deine Aufgaben
- Erfassung, Pflege und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im SAP-System
- Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation und Abstimmung von R&D-Aufträgen mit der Produktionsplanung
- Analyse und Verbesserung der Datenqualität von Kundenaufträgen und Ersatzteilbestellungen
- Überprüfung und Optimierung von Artikelnummern (Item Codes) in Kundenaufträgen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports zu Auftragseingängen, Bedarfen und Bestellmengen
- Analyse durchschnittlicher Bedarfe im Vergleich zu tatsächlich eingehenden Kundenaufträgen
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Kommunikation von Containerlieferungen zwischen München und Arvada
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Customer Service, Planung, Logistik und Transport
- Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung und Digitalisierung
Dein Profil
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Interesse an Supply Chain, Kundenservice und Datenanalysen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Affinität zu Zahlen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Erste SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
