This person will be a key contributor in building a product that is fundamentally changing how companies make decisions, bringing clarity, velocity, and accountability to our engineering efforts. We are seeking individuals who thrive on tackling complex, end-to-end problems with real-world impact.
What will you be doing?
Be a key technical decision-maker, driving engineering excellence and innovation across the product.
Lead the design and implementation of large, high-impact platform projects and features.
Own complex systems end-to-end across infrastructure, backend, and product UX.
Define the technical vision and roadmap for major initiatives aligned with company goals.
Lead and mentor engineers, setting a high bar for quality, clarity, and execution.
Champion engineering rigor—fast, but never sloppy (slop compounds).
