Lead GTM Engineer
About this role
Listen Labs is seeking a Lead GTM Engineer to scale the technical backbone of its AI-powered research platform. Working directly with the Head of Growth, you will own the systems and tooling behind outbound motions to accelerate revenue in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
What you'll do
- Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach, owning the technical backbone of the outbound motion.
- Equip SDRs with world-class tooling, playbooks, and data insights to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
- Build ICP models, scoring frameworks, and segmentation logic to focus outbound efforts on high-intent, high-fit accounts.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize GTM tools, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and intent data platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on outbound metrics to drive continuous improvement through experimentation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, and Engineering to integrate outbound systems with the broader GTM strategy.
What Listen Labs is looking for
- 5+ years of experience in GTM operations, sales engineering, or RevOps.
- Proven experience building outbound motions and SDR systems.
- Hands-on and resourceful, able to shift between high-level strategy and execution—from data modeling to writing SQL and automation scripts.
- Highly analytical and creative, blending technical problem-solving with strategic GTM thinking.
- Opinionated about best-in-class GTM tech stacks and experienced in evaluating and implementing tools that drive outbound performance at scale.
- Prior experience in technical sales, data engineering, or growth and marketing operations is a plus.
- Strong technical depth; competitive programming background (e.g., IOI, ICPC) is a strong plus.
