Enterprise Account Executive (NYC or Austin)
About this role
TL;DR: We’re hiring Enterprise AEs to drive new business and expansion across mid-to-large enterprise accounts. You’ll partner closely with our VP of Revenue to land high-value customers and grow them over time. This is a consultative, multi-threaded sale — not transactional — with clear path to six-figure deals and meaningful expansions.
Background
Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours — not months. We help customers analyze conversations, surface themes, and make faster, smarter product decisions.
Company highlights — entirely product-led:
World-Class Team: Founded by serial entrepreneurs (previous AI exit), former co-founders, and talent from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe, Affirm, Bain, Goldman Sachs, and many more Sequoia-backed startups (plus IOI/ICPC backgrounds).
Hypergrowth: We're a fast-growing team backed by top-tier investors that's grown several-fold in the past year, and we're set on multiplying that again. We move fast, care deeply about craft, and love working with people who take ownership.
Traction: Rapid growth across segments with enterprise wins at Google, Microsoft, Nestlé, and P&G.
Performance: Industry-leading win rate driven by a highly differentiated product.
Market Validation: Consistently winning customers across all segments with over six-figure lands that lead to quick expansions.
Viral Product: Interviews are shared with tens of thousands of viewers, fueling PLG, organic expansion, and daily inbound from Fortune 500s.
What You’ll Do
Outreach + engagement: contact leads via email, cold calls, conferences, and more. Manage inbound and referral leads.
Lead gen + prospecting: research potential customers, generate leads, and build a consistent outbound sales pipeline. Attend industry events and develop connections to drive future sales growth.
Qualification + closing: run discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups to qualify and close new customers. Build proposals and RoI cases that convince qualified prospects to buy Listen. Negotiate contract terms when needed.
Process improvement: improve our internal sales processes (slides, call scripts, meeting templates, contract terms, CRM workflows, metrics, dashboards, etc.). Run weekly “Sales Review” meetings company-wide to review deals and answer questions.
Cross-team work: work with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to consistently delight customers. Work with our co-founding team on all things sales and revenue-related.
