Job Summary

The Office Clerk plays a role in supporting daily administrative operations by maintaining organized records, assisting staff, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the office. This position involves handling clerical tasks, managing documents, providing customer service, and supporting various departments as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain Administrative Records — Organize, file, and update physical and digital documents to ensure accurate and accessible records.
  • Perform General Clerical Tasks — Handle data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution to support office operations.
  • Assist Visitors and Staff — Provide front‑desk support, greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage Office Supplies — Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and maintain organized storage areas.
  • Support Scheduling and Coordination — Assist with meeting coordination, calendar updates, and preparation of meeting materials.
  • Prepare Basic Reports — Compile information, update spreadsheets, and assist with routine reporting tasks.
  • Assist with HR and onboarding duites
  • Collaborate With Team Members — Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to support ongoing projects and office needs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Effective Communication, both written and verbal, for interacting with staff and visitors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to Detail and a commitment to accuracy in clerical work.
  • Customer Service Orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to Work Independently and take initiative when completing tasks.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi‑line phone systems.
