Liberty Resources is hiring a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community‑based setting. As a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor, you will help ensure high‑quality care, support daily living needs, and assist in supervising staff.

What You’ll Do as a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor

  • Support residents with daily living skills and individualized goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care
  • Use crisis‑prevention and conflict‑resolution techniques
  • Assist in supervising direct care staff and daily operations
  • Share on‑call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Associate’s + 1 year experience
    OR HS diploma + 2 years related experience
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to transport individuals
  • Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented
