Job Description
- Proactive and efficient support of Relationship Managers in their daily business with trustees and lawyers in the target market Liechtenstein (correspondence, appointment coordination, account opening, compliance tasks, etc.)
- Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives transactions
- Independent telephone support of trustees, lawyers, and their clients in general banking and investment matters
- Independent, efficient, and thorough preparation and follow-up of client visits
- Active relief of Relationship Managers in administrative tasks (office administration, presentations, correspondence, due diligence) and investment meetings
- Monitoring of client portfolios with regard to maturities and investment opportunities
- Active support of Relationship Managers in the holistic, client-oriented advisory and support of our UHNWI clientele
Requirements
- Several years of experience in intermediary business or in serving private banking clients are an advantage
- Specialized further education in banking is an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of general banking transactions
- Excellent client orientation and service attitude combined with an empathetic and outgoing personality
- Independent and proactive working style as well as strong organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
