About the role

We're looking for a builder to design and own the technical backbone of our go-to-market engine. By combining AI, automation, data, and modern business systems, you'll build the infrastructure that enables our commercial teams to scale faster.

This isn't a role focused on maintaining existing tools or pulling reports. You'll create new workflows, integrations, AI-powered automations, and internal products that have a direct impact on revenue and the way our business operates.

Working across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, you'll solve complex business problems through technology and build the systems that power Lema's next stage of growth.

What you'll do

  • Own and evolve our GTM technology stack
  • Build AI workflows, automations, and internal tools
  • Design integrations across HubSpot, product data, and third-party platforms
  • Build the infrastructure that helps our commercial teams move faster and operate more efficiently
  • Manage and optimize CRM and revenue systems
  • Build dashboards, reporting, and revenue insights
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to eliminate operational bottlenecks and scale our GTM motion

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, Sales Operations, or a similar technical role
  • AI-native mindset with experience using coding agents to build quickly
  • Comfortable writing code (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, Workato, or similar)
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM
  • Strong analytical skills, ownership mentality, and a builder mindset
  • Excited to build in a fast-growing startup

Nice to have

  • Experience at a startup scaling from $1M to $10M+ ARR
  • Background in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance
