Job Description

You will join the Social Responsibility and Engagement team. The team sets the direction for and execute parts of the LEGO Group’s corporate social responsibility agenda.

As an intern, you will work closely with the CSR team and support on a variety of tasks. Moreover, you will be involved in different local CSR projects as well as communication tasks. You will have several important stakeholders, so your challenge will be to establish the right service level, turn things around quickly in a dynamic business and ensure a high level of quality and discipline in the process, as you:

  • Support the local employee engagement program

  • Execute the administrative tasks for the team

  • Closely working with communication team to create the CSR message and story both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in English and Mandarin

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office. Photoshop superuser is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree above, major in Communications/ social science / Business/ Marketing and Languages is preferred

  • Junior university students and fresh postgraduates are preferred

  • Have a passion for CSR and have some knowledge about public welfare undertakings and trends in China.

  • Can work 3 days above per week and last at least 6 months.
