The Aftermarket Manager is responsible for the oversight of the Sales, Repairs, & Marketing team, and to partner with other teams to successfully complete company initiatives in a positive manner.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Provide leadership and training to accomplish the goals and objectives of the department
Provide customer oversite on AOG/emergency requirements
Provide remote employees with any & all job-related information as required
Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
Responsible for completing employee performance reviews in a timely manner
Review and approve employee timecards and time off requests
Ability to develop and implement strategies
Answer and direct Aftermarket Sales & Repair Station phone calls
Maintain FAA Repair Station files
Compile repair inventory counts and prepare purchase orders for procurement of supplies
Ensure raw material levels are there to support minimal on-hand quantities
Research and resolve customer problems or feedback
Generate quotes and process Aftermarket sales orders
Compose and type miscellaneous correspondence and reports, faxing, filing, copying, etc.
Other duties and tasks as assigned

QualificationsQualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
BA degree in business or related field preferred
Previous office management experience required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years related work experience preferred

Essential Job Expectations

Ability to consistently communicate clearly with professionalism
Ability to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day
Ability to use hands and wrists for typing
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform various support duties, including communicating with customers, miscellaneous special projects, typing, invoicing, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, etc.
Required computer skills include Microsoft Office products, Made2Manage, or other manufacturing software
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, such as safety rules, work orders, shipping orders, process specifications, and FAA Regulations
Typing skills of 45-50 wpm
