About this role

For our Headquarters in Stuttgart we are looking for a Global Green Factory Solutions Reporting Manager (m/f/d) to ensure reliable, auditable reporting for Green Factory Solutions and EU Taxonomy. Operating at the intersection of sustainability, accounting and sales, you drive data integrity, process consistency and cross-functional alignment. 
 

Full-time or part-time (minimum 24h / week).

 

Your tasks

 

  • Tackling tasks: Monitor and follow up on Green Factory Solutions related classification of opportunities in CRM module of SalesForce
  • Living cooperation: Prepare and evaluate inquiries, analyses and eligibility assessments for Green Factory Solutions and EU Taxonomy together with regional sales managers
  • Taking responsibility: Prepare, analyze and validate data for monthly Green Factory Solutions reporting to the Board of Management, including controlling and KPI monitoring
  • Working structured: Support the annual sustainability report and external audits by providing reliable calculations, documentation and evidence for eligible economic activities under the EU Taxonomy
  • Ensuring quality: Monitor quality of EU Taxonomy Technical Screening Criteria (TSC) documentation and train teams on alignment assessments.
  • Driving progress: Coordinate with Group Accounting and the Shared Service Center to harmonize reporting standards and improve processes and systems
  • Working location: Hybrid working model with on-site presence in Stuttgart and mobile working

 

Your profile

 

  • Qualification: Degree in business administration, accounting, controlling, sustainability management or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: Professional experience (4-6 years) in accounting, controlling, sustainability reporting or compliance.
  • Know-How: Familiarity with group accounting structures, ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and shared service centers; CRM experience ideally CRM SalesForce.
  • Interest: Attention for EU Taxonomy requirements, reporting logic and regulatory developments.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and data-handling skills with a structured, detail-oriented working style.
  • Personality: Confident communicator able to work effectively across sales, accounting, controlling and sustainability functions.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German
