OVERVIEW

The Campus Director is the senior executive leader of LaSalle College Jakarta (LCJ), accountable for the campus’s full commercial, operational, and academic performance. Reporting into LCI Education’s global network, the Campus Director sets LCJ’s strategic direction, safeguards its regulatory and accreditation standing in Indonesia, and adapts global best practice intelligently to the local market. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role: full P&L ownership, budget discipline, and a genuine business mindset are essential, alongside a strong focus on student experience and staff engagement. The Campus Director is also LCJ’s principal link to government, regulators, industry, and accrediting bodies — and, as steward of LCI Education’s values, leads with Respect, drives growth through Entrepreneurship, takes Accountability for outcomes, builds Collaboration across a diverse team, and pursues Quality in everything the campus delivers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campus Operations Management: Lead and manage campus operations, including academic and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with LCJ's mission, values, and the LCJ Strategic Plan 2025–2030.
  • Commercial and Financial Performance: Own the campus P&L in full — revenue, cost base, and operating margin. Partner with the Finance Manager to manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, and resource allocation with strong commercial discipline, ensuring financial sustainability and risk mitigation.
  • Student Recruitment and Market Growth: Drive enrolment growth, market reach, and revenue diversification in partnership with the Head of Marketing & Admissions APAC, strengthening brand recognition in Indonesia and the wider region.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Oversee compliance with BAN-PT accreditation standards (IAPS 5.0), Kemendiktisaintek/DIKTI requirements, and other applicable statutory regulations. Prepare and present reports to the Executive Director APAC and the Board, providing insight on key performance indicators, strategic initiatives, and campus operations through a disciplined quarterly reporting cadence.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Chair regular leadership team meetings to foster a collaborative environment and drive strategic discussions. Work closely with the Academic Manager, Finance Manager, IT Manager, and Marketing & Admissions team to increase enrolments and enhance the campus profile.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Provide leadership in planning and executing key campus events, including graduation, exhibitions, and other significant industry events, ensuring they align with the institution's goals and values.
  • Student, Alumni and Staff Engagement: Foster strong relationships with students, alumni, staff, industry partners, and government agencies to maintain a vibrant and supportive campus community. Champion student support services to enhance student experience, retention, and lifelong relationships, and build the alumni network.
  • Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop and enforce campus policies and procedures that support the institution's mission and objectives, ensuring effective communication and implementation across the organisation.
  • Human Resources and Talent Management: Partner with the Talent & Culture Business Partner on recruitment, onboarding, and professional development. Oversee performance reviews and talent management to ensure effective resourcing across academic and administrative functions.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Ensure continuous quality improvement across all campus operations and educational offerings and maintain rigorous internal audit readiness against BAN-PT and other accreditation frameworks.
  • Partnerships and Institutional Relationships: Develop institutional partnerships, linkage agreements, and MOUs (pathway, articulation, and transfer-credit arrangements) with schools, industry, and other academic institutions.
