Treasury Management Analyst
Job Summary:
The Treasury Management Analyst is responsible for assisting the Treasury Management Advisors with various sales-related activities. Their three main responsibilities include: implementation, servicing and maintenance. The Analyst contributes to the line of business’ annual sales goal by preparing sales materials and managing the implementation, servicing and maintenance processes.
Upon the Treasury Management Advisors completing a sale to a customer, the Analyst is responsible for managing the implementation process including collecting the required implementation documentation and configuring in the bank’s software. The Analyst is responsible for fielding customer inquiries as to the use and upkeep of online and bank services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates communication between themselves, the Treasury Management Advisor and the branches to ensure documentation is completed in a timely and correct manner
- Work closely with the Director, Treasury Management to develop proper implementation and servicing processes and standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer implementation and servicing
- Ensure customer setups are completed in a timely and efficient manner according to established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure proper, required documentation is received from customer prior to setup
- Document procedures that support position
- Contact clients to ensure new product usage and client satisfaction.
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Performance Standards and Competencies:
- Serve as a valued member of the Treasury Management team
- Complete implementations within the established SLAs
- Assist in the revenue growth of the Treasury Management line of business
- Properly log referral business for retail scorecard purposes
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent customer service/relations skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of treasury management products
- Knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
- Strong sales and new business development skills
