Job Description:
We are seeking talented Software Engineers to join a growing Software Team in Penang to develop new FPGA solutions for Lattice customers.
Responsibilities:
Work with complex FPGA device data modeling.
Develop and maintain customer-facing tools, including BitGen, IBIS, SSN, and Power Calculator.
Collaborate with world-class engineers to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.
Solve complex FPGA hardware and software modeling challenges.
Build, validate, and test solutions in both software and RTL simulation environments.
Contribute to a fast-paced and innovative FPGA development organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields, with 10+ years of experience in software development engineering.
Expert knowledge of and hands-on experience in C++, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL and the ability to run and debug simulations using tools such as ModelSim and VCS.
Strong Python scripting experience.
Experience in database modeling and upstream input collateral standardization.
Familiarity with FPGA software modeling is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and manage competing priorities.
Positive attitude and passion for continuous learning.
