Account Manager – Health Systems

Latent is seeking an Account Manager to own post-implementation success for health system customers. You’ll drive adoption, deliver measurable clinical and operational outcomes, and demonstrate ROI by tying product usage to real impact, while building trusted, long-term partnerships within complex healthcare organizations.

What youll do

• Develop executive and operational relationships across health system accounts to drive trust, retention, and reference-ability.
• Own the post–go-live relationship for hospital and health system customers, partnering with stakeholders across clinical, pharmacy, operational, IT, and executive teams.
• Drive adoption across departments and use cases, defining, tracking, and communicating outcomes tied to quality, efficiency, patient impact, and ROI.
• Proactively identify and address risks related to change management, resourcing, and workflow alignment.
• Own renewals by ensuring value is clear and aligned with executive priorities.
• Identify and advance upsell and cross-sell opportunities by mapping capabilities to customer needs and ROI.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to deliver enterprise-grade solutions and resolve complex issues.
• Synthesize customer feedback and usage patterns into actionable input for product priorities and roadmap decisions.
• Build and execute structured account plans, MBRs, and QBRs that highlight results, surface risks, and align on future growth.

What Latent is looking for

• 3+ years in Account Management or similar post-implementation roles.
• Proven success driving renewals and expansion in complex, regulated healthcare environments.
• Experience with AI, analytics, SaaS, or deep tech products in healthcare.
• Ability to manage post-implementation relationships and demonstrate value tied to measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in white-glove Account Management roles or top-tier consulting (MBB, Big Four) with premium advisory service.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time (2-4x per month).
• Strong CS fundamentals or equivalent technical understanding.
