About this role

Job Requirements

We are looking for a professional to support talent acquisition, managing internal and external recruitment processes and developing strategies to identify and attract professionals aligned with business needs. The position will also contribute to strengthening Employer Branding, global Talent Acquisition initiatives, and the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, partnering with managers and different stakeholders to promote more effective, inclusive hiring decisions aligned with the organization’s guidelines.



Work Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Languages: Full professional proficiency in English for working in a global environment. Intermediate Spanish is a plus.

Experience:

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience working in corporate environments and supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, propose solutions, and lead initiatives with a high level of responsibility.
