About this role
As an SAP Order-to-Cash Specialist, you will work in a global and collaborative environment, contributing to the support and continuous evolution of OTC processes in SAP S/4HANA. You will be responsible for incident analysis and resolution, testing, project support, and continuous improvements, as well as supporting training initiatives and fostering integration among teams, suppliers, and business areas. This position is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into efficient solutions.
Work Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or Systems Engineering.
• Languages: Fluent English. Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
• Experience: Deep knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process, with at least five years of experience in global projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD (Sales and Distribution) configuration, covering multiple processes such as domestic sales, exports, samples, and triangular sales in Brazil. In-depth knowledge of Brazilian localization and DRC. Knowledge of TM, Argentina localization, and Mexico localization is a plus.
