Job Highlights

  • Responsible for their own sales (Sales & Variable margin) within a country , multi country or region, has a responsibility over their accounts, providing customers with commercial and technical information, to comit achievement (Top line & Variable margin) to meet BU Rhein Chemie's (RCH) goals and KPI set
    • Ensure a proper receivable management of their accounts
    • Manage accounts for BU RCH with focus on new business development and maintanance of actual customer sales
    • Visit customers across US and Canada to find prospects and represent BU RCH sales portfolio, with focus on existing and new customers
  • Interface with employees of following regional depatments marketing, sales, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, application technology, etc.
    • Internal liaison with various interfaces
    • Working with Procurement on raw material pricing
    • Working with Controlling and Operations on how to reduce fixed costs

Experience / Skills

  • B.S. or B.A. in Engineering (Chemical / Rubber / Industrial) or Chemistry
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Account Management skills
  • MS Office products, SAP, IBP, CRM
  • Marketing knowledge - Price build up / Margin calculation
