Job Requirements

As a Sales Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the order portfolio, supporting the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will be key to optimizing order management, improving sales forecasting, and ensuring the efficient execution of operational processes. As the main point of contact for customers, you will directly contribute to strengthening our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.



Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational or commercial roles, with a focus on order management and customer service.

  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP (SD and/or MM modules).

  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Previous experience in the industrial sector or in companies with a high volume of commercial operations is a plus.
