Job Summary:The Grant Process & Application Specialist oversees the administrative and compliance processes necessary for preparing and submitting grant applications. This position coordinates internal workflows, interprets Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements to identify procedural needs, and guides project leads in assembling required documentation. The role independently resolves non-routine process issues, identifies gaps or inconsistencies in application materials, and ensures applications meet compliance and submission standards. Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community. LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan. Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process. |
Required Qualifications:Associate’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Resource Management, or a related field. |
