Job Summary:The Budget and Financial Analysis Manager provides leadership and guidance to facilitate and enhance finance activities among administrators and program leaders across the College’s divisions. Responsibilities include performing in-depth analytical reviews, reconciliations, and financial forecasts, as well as offering expert guidance and instruction to college management on financial matters. The role involves developing, preparing, and assisting in producing monthly, quarterly and annual budget and financial reports. Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community. LCC policy requires all LCC employees to be residents of the State of Michigan and to perform all work (with limited exceptions) within the State of Michigan. Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process. |
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related field from a regionally accredited institution; OR Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and significant relevant work experience. |
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree. |
