About the Role

As an Operations Intermediate specializing in agronomy operations, you will take on an enhanced role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of agronomy products. This position involves operating and maintaining equipment, managing facility upkeep, assisting with inventory, and traveling to various locations to support operations. You will also contribute to training efforts and provide exceptional service to our farmer-owners and customers.

What will you do?

· Take ownership of all aspects of agronomy operations to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency.

· Precisely measure and report inventory levels to supervisors for effective decision-making and replenishment planning.

· Manage the unloading of bulk and packaged products and expertly pump bulk chemicals into customer tanks.

· Provide reliable tendering support to applicators, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.

· Safely and efficiently fill NH3 nurse tanks, meeting customer demand with excellence.

· Perform proactive maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring high operational standards and detailed recordkeeping.

· Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Requirements

Licenses: Must have a Class A CDL with applicable endorsements or be able to obtain one, if applicable to the location. This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in the company’s vehicle safety policy. Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position.
