Expansion Manager (Focus: Field Sales) - Netherlands
About this role
About the role
Do you actually want to make a difference in the European food scene - or are you just looking for another ordinary job? At Lanch, we're on a mission to change the way people eat by bringing our cool, modern food brands to every corner of the Netherlands. It's no longer just "frikandel or pizza" - we're here to offer exciting, trend-setting brands built in collaboration with the biggest influencers.
Within Lanch's Delivery Business, we focus on the growth and quality of our ghost kitchens. As of July 2025, we operate 500 locations and we're pushing to bring even more online. Our Expansion team grows hand in hand with our restaurant partners across Europe, making sure we bring the best operators into our ghost kitchen family.
Your Role: Expansion Manager (Netherlands)
As an Expansion Manager, you build partnerships in your region and open up new markets. Day to day, you negotiate and close partnership agreements with restaurant operators from start to finish, onboard new partners, get them live — and then hand them over to the Account Development team for long-term support. Simply put: you are one of the most important people in the company. Without you, there is no growth.
Location: We are hiring across all regions in the Netherlands.
What You Get: Of course a company car, phone and laptop and we also offer other benefits packages!
Start date: ASAP
What You'll Do
- Find the right partner kitchens: As Expansion Manager, you are responsible for identifying and selecting potential partners in your region, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Own the full sales process: From initial lead generation to conversion — you are responsible for signing new kitchen partners. You'll also receive warm leads from our Sales Development team.
- Close deals: You'll close deals with some of the best restaurant operators in the Netherlands, bringing your full sales toolkit — including your sales pitch — to every conversation.
- Partner onboarding: You are responsible for onboarding your newly signed partners. You walk them through all processes, products, and tools in the kitchen and make sure a strong, positive relationship between the partner and Lanch is established from day one.
- Collaboration & expectations: You'll work in a fast-paced, fun, and creative environment with the opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing business and team. You'll work closely with the Account Development team, the Sales Development team (cold outreach), and the Central Operations team — reporting directly to the Expansion Lead.
