About You…
Family-Focused – You’ll work directly with children, young people, and families to understand their needs and create tailored plans that improve outcomes.
Collaborative – You’ll work closely with schools, partner agencies, and other professionals to deliver joined-up support.
Empathetic & Resilient – You’ll bring sensitivity, creativity, and determination to help families overcome challenges and thrive.
What You’ll Do…
- Hold a caseload of families and deliver personalised, evidence-based interventions.
- Undertake early help assessments and co-produce action plans with families.
- Work as part of a Team Around the Family to provide seamless support.
- Maintain accurate records and apply analysis to justify decisions.
- Build strong relationships with families and professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
- Work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet family needs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Level 3 qualification or substantial experience in a relevant field.
- Experience of working directly with children, young people, and families.
- Strong assessment, planning, and critical reflection skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and health and safety.
