What you'll be doing:
The Registration Service creates accurate and timely records of all Births, Still-Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships and makes provision for couples to give notice of their intention to marry or to form a Civil Partnership.
As a Ceremonies Support Officer working at Accrington Registration Office, you will provide clerical, administrative and technical support relating to all aspects of statutory and non-statutory ceremonies within the Lancashire Registration Service. This is a permanent role at 37 hours per week
Our ideal applicant:
Someone who is customer focused, confident using digital resources and committed to effective team working. You will have experience of providing administrative and technical support, have excellent digital skills and able to work accurately, following work procedures without close supervision.
