About this role
The role of Resort Host Concierge at Banyan Tree Phuket requires a dedicated individual committed to providing guests with exceptional service and assistance throughout their stay at our esteemed resort. As the primary point of contact, you will serve as both a gracious host and an informed guide, ensuring that guests have a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. In addition to facilitating smooth arrivals and departures, you will be responsible for offering comprehensive information about resort amenities, local attractions, and personalized recommendations to enhance guests' stays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of resort services, amenities, and local attractions is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to assist guests.
- Basic computer skills for using reservation systems and other software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or hospitality training is a bonus.
