The Role:
We have an opportunity for an experienced retail beauty, make-up & fragrance professional to join our team as Brand Ambassador representing the global luxury fashion and cosmetics brand Chanel.
As a Chanel Beauty Advisor in Cairns Airport, your mission is to make travellers feel fabulous! You’ll be their go-to beauty guru, offering expert advice and a seamless shopping experience.
Bilingual a nice to have!
Ability to work early morning shifts (A Friday shift starts at 4:15am, rest from 8:00am+ ideally)
Availability to work a mix of week day and weekend shifts
24 hours on offer! ✅
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver VIP customer service with your beauty expertise.
✅ Stay ahead of trends with regular brand training.
✅ Keep the store looking insta-worthy & inviting.
✅ Process sales smoothly & efficiently.
✅ Assist customers with a smile (and maybe a spritz of perfume).
What We’re Looking For:
✅ You’re obsessed with all things beauty & fragrance (bonus for luxury fragrance/makeup industry experience)
✅ You can chat effortlessly with customers & help them find their perfect match.
✅ You have impeccable personal presentation – because you ARE the brand!
✅ You’re flexible to work early mornings, late nights, weekends & holidays – because beauty never sleeps!
✅ Reliable transport to get to the airport to and from easily
✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
