Warehouse Associate
About this role
- Accurately and quickly pick, pack, and ship customer orders, paying close attention to packing shipments properly to avoid damage during transport.
- Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse and track shipments electronically via SAP Warehouse.
- Deliver supplies, materials, and equipment to other departments as necessary and lift and move heavy items/packages as required assisting other departments.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation and monitor and highlight any low inventory items & communicate low level stock items to purchasing.
- International shipment processing, processing and facilitating RMAs to and from the vendor and customer RMAs and creating/printing labels for finished goods.
- High school diploma/GED and 0-1 years warehouse experience
- Ability to work on assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time.
- Detailed oriented and quality focused.
- Moderate computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to openly communicate with team members and leadership.
- Powered Industrial Truck/Pallet Jack experience preferred.
- Visual/SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
