Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Total Rewards team, the Manager, Compensation & Workforce Analytics will design, implement, govern, and provide continuous improvement of Laborie's compensation programs and workforce analytics. This role is reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, and drives compensation strategy, job architecture, workforce planning analytics, and reporting. They will serve as the organization’s subject matter expert who will drive scalable solutions that enhance decision-making across the global enterprise.
They will partner closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO), HR Business Partners, Finance, and other People & Culture CoEs (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) to ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business performance—while also building forward-looking workforce insights that support Laborie’s growth across our Global Business Units: Urology, Gastroenterology, and Mother & Child Health.
About the Role:
- Manage annual compensation planning activities, including merit, incentive payout, market adjustments, and executive reporting.
- Develop and maintain global salary structures, job architecture, and compensation governance.
- Create predictive and scenario-based workforce models (e.g., headcount planning, attrition risk, labor cost optimization) supporting business growth and organizational design
- Serve as the subject matter expert on compensation compliance and governance.
- Act as the primary compensation and workforce analytics advisor to HR Business Partners, Finance, and the People & Culture CoEs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience working in compensation, preferably in a globally matrixed environment
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of financial/statistical modeling, data analysis, workforce planning methodologies alongside the ability to leverage AI
- Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders, and connect talent analytics to commercial and operational outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a global, regulated industry (medical device, healthcare, or life sciences strongly preferred)
- Experience with recruiting, performance, or talent analytics
- Exposure to data governance practices, audits, and controls
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
