Labcorp is seeking an Associate Study Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore, Yashwantpur office.

Work Schedule

  • Office-based

  • 2nd Shift (2PM - 11PM)

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct or support noncompartmental analysis (NCA) for pharmacokinetic (PK) and toxicokinetic (TK) studies.

  • Read and interpret study protocols, sample analysis outlines, amendments, study schedules, applicable regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Prepare, review, and maintain study documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with Study Coordinators to support study finalization and archival activities, including maintaining study schedules.

  • Perform study archival activities in compliance with established procedures.

  • Prepare and edit technical documentation to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.

  • Review tables and figures generated by team members and assist in preparing study-related tables and figures.

  • Develop proficiency in data collection systems and reporting tools used for pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic studies.

  • Coordinate study phase scheduling with Study Directors, Principal Investigators, and laboratory operations teams.

  • Support additional study coordination activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • 1 year of relevant experience in a scientific, pharmaceutical, or CRO environment.

Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge of pharmacokinetic (PK) and toxicokinetic (TK) principles is preferred.

  • Experience with Phoenix WinNonlin

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
