Warsaw · Remote okPLN 218k – PLN 300k

About this role

Dream Big. Go Beyond. Be Unstoppable.

About Us

Kyriba is a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, risk management and working capital solutions. We serve 3,000+ customers worldwide, managing $15 trillion in payments annually and helping businesses optimize liquidity performance across the enterprise.

We're on a mission to become the most sought-after cloud technology company globally. We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem-solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible-you'll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business.

About the Role

Kyriba is looking for a Product Owner to own the product strategy and delivery roadmap for Oracle ERP connectivity — bridging Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with Kyriba's treasury and finance platform. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of enterprise finance, ERP expertise, and next-generation AI-native product thinking.

You will work closely with Solutions Architects, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to define what gets built, why it gets built, and how it scales. You won't just document requirements, you'll shape a connectivity vision that is intelligent, automated, and built for the future of finance operations.

This role is ideal for someone who has lived inside Oracle Financials deeply enough to know where the real pain is, and who is energized by the opportunity to solve it with modern, AI-first product design.

What You'll Own

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for Oracle Cloud Financials and EBS integration with Kyriba, covering AR, AP, GL, Payments, and Cash Management connectivity

  • Translate complex ERP financial workflows — procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, bank reconciliation, intercompany — into scalable, well-scoped product capabilities

  • Identify gaps in current connectivity patterns and prioritize improvements based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic value

  • Develop a point of view on how AI and automation can fundamentally improve ERP-to-TMS data flows, exception handling, and financial intelligence

AI-Native Product Thinking

  • Champion an AI-first mindset across the Oracle connectivity surface — from intelligent transaction matching and anomaly detection to automated reconciliation and predictive cash positioning

  • Partner with engineering and data science to identify where LLMs, ML models, or AI agents can replace manual configuration, reduce implementation friction, or surface actionable insights

  • Define AI-enabled features with clear success metrics, rollback criteria, and responsible design guardrails

  • Stay current on how Oracle itself is embedding AI (Oracle Fusion AI, OAC, Digital Assistant) and identify partnership or interoperability opportunities

Discovery & Requirements

  • Lead structured discovery with internal SMEs, solutions architects, and implementation teams to surface requirements rooted in real Oracle deployment patterns

  • Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute against confidently

  • Define and maintain FBDI template standards, API integration patterns (Oracle REST APIs, OIC), and data model requirements for scalable ERP connectivity

  • Own the Oracle-side data contract: chart of accounts structures, ledger sets, MOAC configurations, multi-currency — and how these map cleanly into Kyriba

Delivery & Execution

  • Serve as the product voice in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives — ensuring the team is always building the right thing at the right fidelity

  • Define UAT strategy and acceptance criteria for new Oracle connectivity features; partner with QA and solutions teams on validation

  • Maintain a prioritized, well-groomed backlog that balances new capability development with platform reliability and scalability

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders — translating ERP complexity into clear product narratives

  • Deliver regular roadmap updates and release communications to the Sr. Solutions Architect and product leadership

  • Bring a consultative, credible voice to conversations about Oracle configuration tradeoffs, integration architecture, and implementation scope

What You Bring

Required

  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a senior business analyst role with a clear transition into product, with meaningful exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials and/or Oracle EBS

  • Deep functional knowledge of AR, AP, GL, Payments, and Cash Management; you understand the data, the workflows, and where implementations break down

  • Experience translating Oracle ERP concepts (FBDI, MOAC, Flexfields, payment process profiles, bank statement formats) into product requirements that engineers can act on

  • Demonstrated ability to write well-structured user stories, PRDs, or product specs

  • Familiarity with Oracle integration patterns: REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI/ADFdi, BI Publisher

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional engineering teams

  • Fluent English communication skills; ability to work with distributed, global teams during US business hours

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS); Kyriba, FIS Integrity, GTreasury, or similar or financial middleware/connectivity platforms

  • Exposure to AI/ML product development: you've written requirements for AI features, worked alongside data scientists, or shipped intelligent automation in a product context

  • Familiarity with bank connectivity formats: BAI2, MT940, CAMT.053, ACH, SWIFT

  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification

  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI, or Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)

  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and financial controls as they apply to ERP configuration and data flows

Why This Role

This isn't a role where you maintain someone else's backlog. You will own the Oracle connectivity product end-to-end — with the authority to set direction, the support of a strong technical team, and the opportunity to build something that scales across Kyriba's entire customer base. The addition of an AI-native lens makes this a genuinely rare opportunity to reimagine how enterprise ERP connectivity works.
